We Are Located Between Grand Rapids & Lansing
Ionia County Airport is conveniently located between Grand Rapids and Lansing on M66. It is far enough inland that it doesn't usually accumulate the lake-effect snow during the Winter as some of the airports closer to Lake Michigan do, and the runway is plowed regularly. There are two runways, 10-28 (4,298' x 75' Asphalt) and 18-36 (4261' x 340' Grass) and Instrument approaches for 10 and 28. We do virtual ground lessons or by meeting at the beautiful airport building below.
